A Natural Approach to Healing

I am a certified Crystal therapy, Sound therapy and Reiki Practitioner. I moved here to Victoria B.C in 2013 from Northern Ontario, not by choice but because my family thought it was time for a change. I wasn't very keen on the move at the time but it was probably the best thing I could have done. I believe healing is an important first step in our lives and using energy work has helped me manage high volumes of stress and anxiety. Often times we are busy with work, errands and daily activities, sometimes with all the expectations life brings we have no time for ourselves. As a result, we are often left feeling tired, lethargic and depleted of energy. I believe that we should cherish every moment of our lives, and take time to think to ourselves what power we would truly have when we let ourselves live to our fullest potential. For me using crystals and sound has been something that has assisted me in learning to have more clarity and find a better sense of balance in my life. I am grateful to be able to share with you my gifts of insights, healing and wisdom .
